Hi Jane,

thanks for your comment and sorry you didn't like aspects of the post. I thought long and hard about changing the post as you asked and not then publishing your comment but decided against it but I think I have to be big enough to accept criticism.
I can't really say much about my humour as everyone is different in that respect. As for the comments about Cialdini's presentation I tried to present a balanced view. Overall, and I hope this came across, Cialdini delivered a really good presentation. However, I found his presentation style a little tough to get used to and thought it worth mentioning. It took a little while to get used to and detracted from the content initially - for me. I accept it may not be the case for everyone and that my ability to describe what I saw and heard are open to interpretation and it was certainly not my intention to offend but I still think it is part of the overall experience and worth mentioning.
I hope that makes sense, and once again thanks for reading

Once you get over the fixed facial expression and nasal American accent, Cialdini delivers a good presentation.

What? Are you serious? My parents are from London and I was born in The States. You obviously have no idea what a nasal American accent is. Also, what is the merit in mentioning something so petty and arbitrary? Was it that everything he did was so excellent that you had to search for something negative to say and that is all you could come up with?

YOUR review is great once you get over your opinionated jargon and attempts at humor.
