Yes, this is exactly what I have been saying as well! The iPad is a great business tool but one has to realize it's limitations as well. I did a post on some really nice business tools and as you can see it is chock full of benefits!!!

On the customer experience / social media buzz angle - check out nbuzz - its an innovative corporate rep tool for social media buzz.

There are a couple of really good cases studies on site - one for lego that uncovered the busiest traffic re: lego was for a series of mini films made using lego characters. We've probably all seen Lord Vader (eddie izzard voice over) and other star wars spoofs - which lego didn't mind too much so they tell me. Its was the spoofed porn films they weren't too pleased to uncover.

This led to a bigger issue that links to you comment re:action and reaction - how can you put it to use when you aren't in control and your brand is being damaged by the buzz of the internet and socially driven buzz...?

Lego sought injuctions to stop the spread / hosting of the files under inapproriate content rules - but the web is wide and hard drives are large and they'll spend fortunes protecting their brand while we all have a cheap laugh at the expense of a cheap laugh or two!
